Shipping
We offer the following shipping options:
UPS Ground, or USPS. Please indicate in the "Note" section offered at
checkout so we know which you would prefer. If a faster method is need such as second day, or Air let us know so we can work
out the charges with you.
*WE
ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES DUE TO DELIVERY COMPANY ERROR OR THEFT. IF AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, OR THERE
WAS A SHIPPING ERROR ON OUR END WE WILL HONOR YOUR ORDER 100%.
Payment Methods
Through PayPal, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and e-checks. Checks, and Money
Orders can be sent by mail. We currently do not accept phone orders, but we will soon. Please email us if you would like to pay by Check or Money Order.
Shipping times may vary depending on the items in your
order. Most orders are processed and shipped within four Business Days. You will receive an email within 24 Hours of you purchase
stating what your estimated delivery time is. This is only a factor if you happen to order something out of stock, or custom
made. We would be happy to ship you a partial order, but will then require a small double shipment fee of $5.00. If you want
to pay by personal check to place your order, please email or call to set up payment.
All Non - P.O. Box U.S. Orders are shipped UPS unless you
request otherwise. You will receive an email from UPS with your Tracking number the day the item is shipped.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
If you are an International customer or live outside the continental U.S., shipping will be charged
to you separately. Once your bill is paid, your item will ship, which is usually within 72 Business hours. You will receive
a customs number by email once the package ships.
Your shipping
is not charged at purchase, but the day that your items are packed. You will receive a payment request via email from PayPal
for shipping. Your Customs number and/or tracking information will be emailed to you separately. Your order will not ship
until we receive payment.
Canada:
Orders over $125 qualify for free shipping. Orders under 4lbs. will be shipped via USPS First Class International. Orders
over 4lbs. must be shipped Priority International. Priority International, which has tracking information is also available
by request. If you would like to request Priority International, please let us know.
Australia, UK, Europe & Asia: Orders over $125 receive a
15% discount off the price of shipping. Orders under 4lbs. will be shipped via USPS First Class International. Orders over

request. If you would like to request Priority International, please let us know.
Mexico & South America: We are currently not shipping to Mexico and South America.

including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of
completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card
numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. All orders will be charged
and processed securely through paypal via email, unless other payment arrangements have been made.
