As usual
the CanteenShop, and Blind Horse Knives are raising the Bar for quality gear. When I was asked by Blind Horse Knives to design a knife it was tough at first to decide what I would like to do. I am not a fan of large knives or the so-called
one tool option knives. I believe in using the right tool for the right job. In my experience most jobs in the woods can be
tackled with a 4" blade and believe me we tested and beat up our prototype of the Woodcrafter to make sure! This knife
is by far one of the most comfortable knives you will ever use. Made of 01 Tool Steel the Woodcrafter is a 4" Scandi
ground blade that is 1/8" inches thick. This gives you maximum strength for batoning and chopping, along with the ability
to do delicate carving and slicing. It also has a sharp back edge perfect for biting a Firesteel and showering sparks for
fire starting. The grip is 4.5" inches and comes with beautifully polished Green Micarta Scales with Brass Rivets,
and Black Liners. The contours on the grip are an integral part of the design that give you excellent blade control no matter
how you intend to use it. One side sports our simplified logo, and the other side has the BHK logo. We have two purchase options available. For $150.00 you get the Knife and the Leather Sheath
of my own design. For $175.00 you get the Knife, Leather Sheath, our New Leather stacked Firesteel, and our New Dual Adjustable
Knife Lanyard made by the Para-cord Guy that tightens up on your knife and your wrist. These Knives are currently only available
in limited quantities, but we will be restocking as fast as BHK can make them once we run out. Make sure to visit Blind Horse Knives and check out their own great knife designs. Over all Lenghth is 8.5" Inches.
$150 with Sheath $175 with Sheath, Firesteel, and Lanyard. Check out this Video Review by Kenneth Seal! Out

Fällkniven DC4 Diamond/Ceramic
Fine, 4
inch Pocket Whetstone
|
|
The DC4 whetstone consist
of a fine diamond stone (25 micron) and a very special ceramic stone, made of synthetic sapphires. The
advantage of these materials, although they get worn, will still keep their flat shape this is important
when you sharpen your knife. And, since these materials are the hardest we know of, they will sharpen any steel,
even these extremely hard powder steels. You don't need any lubrication for these stones but now and
then you should consider cleaning them with warm water and liquid soap. The stones might feel coarse from the start
but will become smoother/better after some use. A leather pouch is included. $34.95
